Voucher Terms:
Each voucher has an idividual code which needs to be quoted when using to redeem this voucher.

The voucher is valid on the website: www.knitshop.co.uk or in our outlet at 326 Lee High Road, Lee Green, London, SE13 5PJ.
The voucher is only valid at the above locations, no stockists or other outlets will redeem this voucher. To redeem your voucher at the shop, please print the voucher and bring the original print out with you on day of purchase.

Each voucher is only valid for one customer, no cash refunds can be made. For validation please check with Customer service at knitshop.co.uk. However our Gift vouchers are valid for at least one year from day of purchase.

Vouchers can not be resent or reissued from knitshop.co.uk, they have the same value as cash, they can not be replaced if lost!

If a voucher is sent by post, this will be to your choosen delivery address, by recorded Royal Mail delivery, a signature is required on receipt. Vouchers can be posted to the receipients postal address, please let us know if this is the case. There is a fee of £2.00 for all printed and posted gift vouchers. All vouchers are printed on thick 200g matt paper in full colour with professional finish.
